At Bulbular, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer hassle-free exchange or return options within 2 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

- Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
- Products that are damaged, washed, or altered after purchase may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn or used.

Return and Exchange Process:

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Exchanges will be processed, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.

- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return or exchange is due to a fault in the product or an error on our part.
